Resy OS is an online toolkit for restaurants including booking system, payment system and more. They needed a web redesign enhancing an ease of use user experience. with a more modern interface meeting the objective to increase lead generation.
Through interviews with Resy's stakeholders and customers we got a great understanding of their business requirements and vision and this was matched with the customers' needs when re-designing the web experience. Research also included a vast SEO exercise that lead to a much improved categorisation and display on google search.
