Cemex needed a solution to help their customers be more efficient when placing orders. Interviews and workshops was done with Cemex's business owners and customers in Mexico, UK and Spain to fully understand the business requirements and customers' needs.

The result was designing a mobile app that can help Cemex's customers order and track their orders more efficiently. A product of this importance also initiated next steps of a broader digital transformation throughout the organisation which will continue during 2020 & 2021.
