Addison Lee is a London based premium taxi service. In 2012 they needed an App to offer fast online booking on-demand. Their branding has changed since then but the App concept is still the same.

During the research phase the focus was to understand Addison Lee's business needs, customers' needs and drivers' needs. The App designs was a seamless solution between customers and drivers and was one of the first Taxi Apps out on the market.
